Who manages us
The Eke-Out Project has a complex structure of accountability. There is a reporting relationship to the Network membership, the Network Executive Committee, the Director of EVOC, the EVOC Management Board and the Children and Young People’s Strategic Partnership.
On a day to day basis the Eke-Out Project staff are managed by the EVOC Management Board via the EVOC Director.
The Eke-Out Project workplan is also directed and supported by an Executive Committee of Network members elected by the wider membership at the Network's Annual General Meeting. The Network Executive Committee (NEC) meets on a monthly basis to consider matters affecting both the Project and the Network.
In addition, the Project is accountable to the Children and Young People’s Strategic Partnership for delivering the Project’s stated objectives in exchange for the Changing Children’s Services Fund allocations granted by the partnership.
